Timberland Partners is pleased to announce the hiring of Sean Sweeney as Acquisitions Specialist.  He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and was most recently Project Director and Asset Manager for Artspace Projects, the nation’s leading developer of affordable housing for artists and art organizations.

Sean’s strong relationship building skills combined with operations and asset management experience make him an ideal fit with Timberland Partners’ aggressive growth objectives.  Sean will play an important role in the expansion of Timberland Partners’ 7,210 unit portfolio as he evaluates new markets and properties for purchase.
